Therapy Services

Individuals

I specialize in holistic therapy for progressive people, with an emphasis in relational growth & life transitions. My clients learn to more deeply accept themselves while working toward their goals.

Couples

Even the best relationships hit bumps in the road. I work with couples on identifying their sticking spots, building stronger communication, & addressing attachment wounds.

Polycules

Not all romance happens between just two. I collaborate with multi-partner relationship structures to enhance communication, streamline logistics, and ensure that every individual in the polycule feels cherished, secure, and seen.

Ethical Non-Monogamy

Whether you're exploring ENM for the first time, merely curious, or have embraced open relationships for years, I offer informed and non-judgmental guidance to navigate the inherent challenges of any relationship.

Expectant & New Parents

I guide queer and straight individuals, couples, and co-parents through the processes of family planning, fertility, perinatal, birth planning, postpartum, and parenting.

KAP & Psychedelic Integration

I provide both psycholytic (low-dose) and psychedelic (high-dose) sessions utilizing oral ketamine, ensuring thorough preparation and integration. Additionally, I offer integration support for individuals looking to process psychedelic experiences from other settings.

I might be right for you if…

FAQs

Where will we meet?

I am licensed in Colorado and Louisiana, so can only accept clients living in one of those two states. I offer telehealth sessions on HIPAA-compliant video call platforms. I also have some availability for in-person appointments in Denver, CO. I only offer KAP in-person and won’t do psychedelic work via telehealth.

What does it cost?

For individual clients: $165 per 50-minute session
For couples+ clients: $200 per 50-minute session
& $320 per 80-minute session
I also have sliding scale spots available.

Do you accept insurance?

I choose not to accept insurance due to bureaucratic complexities and my desire to prioritize client confidentiality and treatment autonomy. However, I can provide a detailed receipt (“Superbill”) for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. I will have to include a diagnosis to issue a Superbill.

When are you available?

I'm available for client sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from afternoon to evening, as well as Wednesdays morning through mid-afternoon. Appointments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure preferred timings, I suggest clients set a recurring appointment slot.
