Therapy Services

Individuals

I specialize in holistic therapy for progressive people, with an emphasis in relational growth & life transitions. My clients learn to more deeply accept themselves while working toward their goals.

Couples/Polycules

Building strong relationships takes intention. I help couples & polycules strengthen communication, navigate conflict & logistics, address attachment wounds, and help everyone feel secure, loved, & understood.

LGBTQ+

Being queer isn't always the reason you come to therapy, but it shapes how you move through the world. I offer a space where you don't have to explain or defend who you are before getting to the work that brought you here.

Ethical Non-Monogamy

Whether you're exploring ENM for the first time, merely curious, or have embraced open relationships for years, I offer informed and non-judgmental guidance to navigate the inherent challenges of any relationship.

Expectant & New Parents

I guide queer and straight individuals, couples, and co-parents through the processes of family planning, fertility, perinatal, birth planning, postpartum, and parenting.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

I provide both psycholytic (low-dose) and psychedelic (high-dose) sessions utilizing oral ketamine, ensuring thorough preparation and integration. Additionally, I offer integration support for individuals looking to process other psychedelic experiences.

I might be right for you if…

you're a progressive, self-aware person keen to break recurring patterns who’s seeking an open-minded, playful, and resourceful therapist who values
your inner wisdom

FAQs

Where will we meet?

I offer telehealth sessions on HIPAA-compliant video call platforms. I also have some availability for in-person appointments in Denver, CO. Note: I only offer psychedelic sessions in-person.

What does it cost?

For individual clients: $200 per 50-minute session
For relationship clients: $225 per 50-minute session
$360 per 80-minute session

Sliding scale spots available, as space allows.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not bill insurance directly. However, I partner with Thrizer to make it easier to use out-of-network behavioral health benefits. You can use the benefits checker to get an estimate of your coverage, and Thrizer can handle claim submission and reimbursement for you.

Once you’ve met your out-of-network deductible, you‘re likely to be eligible to pay only your estimated out-of-pocket portion of each session, while Thrizer covers the remainder of my fee.

If you don’t wish to use Thrizer (which does have a processing fee), you may also request a Superbill to submit a claim to your insurer yourself.

*Please note that using out-of-network benefits requires me to provide an official mental health diagnosis to your insurance company.*

When are you available?

I'm available for client sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from afternoon to evening, as well as Wednesdays morning through mid-afternoon. Appointments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure preferred timings, I suggest clients set a recurring appointment slot.
